Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, Foundation in core marketing capabilities, Brand positioning and strategy, Customer experience, Digital and omnichannel approaches, Forecasting and financial management/proficiency, Performance measurement, Collaborative with a ability to inspire, lead without authority, and engage a diverse cross-functional team to achieve brand goals, Insights based strategic analysis/planning and execution skills with a proven track record of driving significant brand growth, Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, react swiftly to change, remain agile and showcase growth mindset, Communication and presentation skills (oral and written), Ability to simplify and clearly articulate complex ideas to tell a cohesive story, gaining alignment with and support from senior leadership

Team & Collaboration

Foster a positive and collaborative culture; Partnering with National Sales Managers; Engage a diverse cross-functional team; Work closely with other SMMs; Build relationships across broader organization; Engaging face-to-face in offices 3 days a week
