What They're Looking For.
Must Have
hands-on experience with CleverTap including campaigns, journeys, automation, segmentation, and retention workflows, Experience working with B2C or D2C mobile applications, understanding of user lifecycle management, retention strategies, and engagement marketing, Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize growth funnels, Experience with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, Mixpanel, or similar analytics platforms, Ability to independently build, execute, and optimize retention and performance marketing campaigns, understanding of funnel optimization, event-based automation, and user behavior analysis, Experience with experimentation frameworks and A testing methodologies
Nice to Have
Knowledge of high-frequency consumer apps, fintech, mobility, ecommerce, or similar digital products is an advantage, Understanding of Tier 2 and Tier 3 audience behavior and vernacular communication strategies is a plus, ownership mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced growth environments
What You'll Do.
Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing and user retention strategies for the mobile application
Build and optimize automated user journeys for onboarding
and win-back campaigns
Design and manage personalized campaigns across push notifications
Create advanced user segmentation
and behavioral targeting strategies using CleverTap and analytics tools
Improve key growth metrics including D1
and customer lifetime value
Map and optimize the complete user funnel from install to conversion and long-term retention
Identify user drop-offs and implement behavioral triggers
and re-engagement strategies
Run continuous A testing for messaging
and engagement channels
Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Focus on acquiring high-quality users aligned with retention goals and long-term ROAS performance
Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Firebase
or similar analytics platforms
Define and track key events
and funnel performance indicators
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve engagement
and conversion outcomes
Continuously experiment with lifecycle strategies
and communication channels to improve growth performance
