This team comprises experts who specialize in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data. The Data team also takes pride in creating robust ETLs and dashboards that allow other teams to monitor, plan, and achieve their goals effectively. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in building a self-service-enabled reporting layer, helping businesses extract insights and knowledge from vast amounts of data. IF YOU WANT TO: - Act as an analytical partner by building robust, end-to-end analytics solutions that empower marketing stakeholders to make smarter, faster decisions; - Design clean, scalable data models and reporting layers to ensure reliable reporting; - Push the boundaries of how data is used by challenging assumptions, uncovering opportunities, and driving continuous improvement; - Translate complex data into clear, actionable visualizations and narratives; - Ensure that data products (dashboards, models) align with current principles, guidelines, and standards; - Advocate for data literacy and enablement, helping others self-serve and interpret data confidently. AND YOU CAN CHECK OFF: - Proven experience in an analytical role; - Advanced proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write performant and complex queries. - Experience with modern analytics stacks and workflows (e.g., dbt, Looker/Tableau, Git); - Strong business acumen, with the ability to challenge vague requests, clarify impact, and guide stakeholders toward meaningful, data-driven decisions; - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end projects; - Proven ability to turn messy, ambiguous product or business problems into structured analytical workstreams with clear outcomes.
