What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, digital marketing support roles, proficiency in Google Workspace, Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms, Proficiency with Canva, video editing tools, understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram management, Excellent written English communication skills, Highly organized, multitasking and execution ability, Self-motivated, capable of working independently, follow-through, operational discipline
Nice to Have
Experience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, entrepreneurial businesses, lead generation, outbound prospect research, Familiarity with webinar, coaching, membership-based businesses, Experience with project management tools, Basic understanding of paid advertising, campaign coordination, Experience supporting personal brands, founder-led businesses
