As part of the Digital Communications Team, the Senior Marketing Automation Specialist is the expert the College relies upon to provide the leadership, insight and experience necessary to increase engagement and conversion throughout our learner lifecycle, providing strategic guidance to the College’s marketing automation and digital marketing efforts. The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing the College’s marketing automation instance and processes, utilizing Adobe Marketo, as well as developing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive strategic email communications projects and nurture engagement campaigns. They will develop inbound and outbound email marketing strategies that utilize dynamic segmentation, and predictive content measures.
