Senior Manufacturing Technology Analyst **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Defense, Space & Security's (BDS)** is seeking a **Senior** **Manufacturing Technology Analyst** to join the Apache Technical Assistance Team in **Mesa, AZ**. The Technical Assistance Team provides support to International Partners that provide complex assemblies to the Apache Assembly Line in Mesa, AZ. **Position Responsibilities:** * Provide detailed written and verbal communication to external and internal customers to communicate design requirements for complex components and assemblies. * Lead, guide and support the development and implementation of tooling methodologies. * Participate as a member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) to support the integration of technical solutions across multiple disciplines. * Lead investigations into technical problems. * Participates in the implementation of Lean Principles and technologies. * Mentor, advise, review and assist internal and external customers in executing design and contractual requirements. * Travel to international suppliers is required (~20%) **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Mesa, AZ.** **This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.** **Basic Qualifications:** * Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.). * Minimum 10 years of related industry experience. * 5+ years of experience with manufacturing process improvement and lean manufacturing principles. * 2+ years of current or previous experience with NX/Teamc
