What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and nine (9) years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment, Three (3) combined years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a private, public, government or military environment, Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
Nice to Have
Excellent analytical skills, Excellent verbal and written skills, Ability to develop people and build a culture of trust and cooperation, Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
What You'll Do.
Driving world class safety culture into daily operations
Leading quality continuous improvement efforts
Supporting & Collaborating with Planning organization to drive customer first metrics
Managing Operating Expense budget for team and work group
Managing production supervisors and team members with clearly defined roles
Leading cross functional teams and programs to drive continuous improvement
Implementing Lean principles into existing manufacturing processes
procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties
contribute to a Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies
and engaging in continuous improvement
