Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Senior Manufacturing Compliance Leader (Level L)** to lead parts of Boeing Commercial Airplane's **737 Manufacturing Compliance team **in **Renton, Washington**. A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. **Position Responsibilities:** * Manages employees and first-level managers performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns * Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives * Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements * Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports * Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes * Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * 5+ years of experience in an Aerospace, Fabrication or Manufacturing environment * 3+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives and projects to meet business objectives and influence change * 3+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment * 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives * Ability to work any shift including weekends and overtime **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * 3+ years of experience in coaching, guiding and mentoring teams * 3+ years of experience using Quality Management System (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS) * 3+ years of experience of performing
