What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering with 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or 9 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, Authorized to work for any employer in the U. S without sponsorship

Excellent knowledge of manufacturing process design, Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and execute complex projects, Excellent organization, planning, and follow-up skills to ensure project success, oral and written communication skills to effectively convey information across all levels, Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when addressing complex issues, A continuous improvement mindset, open to new approaches, and comfortable with agile working in the digital age, interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, negotiation skills for managing vendor relationships and cross-departmental collaboration, Proficiency with PC and MS Office Suite, Practical experience with manufacturing simulation and CAD software, CNC Programming Background, Experience with SAP, Proficiency with MS Project

Lead the development and execution of manufacturing processes
including production flow
and equipment selection

Analyze production data and write reports to validate processes or identify deviations from standards
Develop and implement detailed work instructions
and procedures for production floors and departments
Provide technical assistance and support for complex manufacturing operations
Review and improve processes and procedures to preserve and enhance employee safety
Prepare and maintain detailed layouts of buildings
Train production staff on processes and procedures
Mentor and develop team members in manufacturing engineering and project management
Perform special projects as required
