The work you do here directly contributes to Europe’s technological independence. ## What you'll do Own and deliver manufacturing and assembly processes for composite parts, composite joining and process supervisions Specify, design and source manufacturing equipment for composite parts and assemblies Operate as a manufacturing all‑rounder, bridging detailed process design with factory‑level thinking to ensure coherent design and seamless integration into the manufacturing system at exceptional industrialization speed. Closely collaborate with our product engineering teams to ensure early manufacturing readiness of designs and processes. Jointly define specifications, requirements and critical aspects of the components and assemblies. Lead and work with international vendors and integrators to secure state-of-the-art equipment for production, supervision and testing.
