Experience with soft goods, Experience with heat sealing, Experience with web handling, Experience with delicate materials, Controls background, Mechatronics background, Prior people management experience, Prior team-building experience, Supplier/vendor management, Incoming quality experience, Experience standing up quality systems, Experience standing up documentation systems
