What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BES with 8 years of experience, ME/MS with 6 years of experience, PHD with 4 years of experience, University degree in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Microsystems Engineering, Embedded systems or equivalent, Recognized technical training occupation under the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) with 12+ professional work, Relevant work experience in micro-optics manufacturing, Relevant work experience in Ultra sonic welding, Relevant work experience in Laser Welding, Relevant work experience in Design for Manufacturing/Assembly, Relevant work experience in Gluing, Relevant work experience in Automation
Nice to Have
ME/MS with 6 years of experience preferred, PHD with 4 years of experience preferred

This position will focus on developing, validating and implementing processes in order to meet manufacturing operations and product safety, reliability, and performance goals for the endoscope product line.
