Senior Manufacturing Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airlines (BCA)** is hiring for **Senior Manufacturing Engineers** to join the Production Engineering organization in **North Charleston, SC.** **Position Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies. * Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines. * Develop, identify, and implement conceptual designs while maintaining the program architecture for build. * Lead and implement manufacturing plans. * Conduct producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability aligns with requirements * Assist in providing producibility information for project plans and document best practices. * Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions. * Resolve technical problems that significantly impact performance, cost, or schedule. * Coordinate and implement new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies, and concepts. * Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems. * Implement lean principles and technologies **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):** * Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. * 7+ years of relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** * Experience related to the development, selection, and/or revision of parts, materials, and process specifications for production testing, electrical subsystems, aircraft interiors, and other aircraft systems. * Experience in planning and production control processes? * Experience with 787 structures and/or systems? **Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Int
