Senior Manufacturing Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E) team is seeking a **Senior****Manufacturing Engineer** to join our team in **Oklahoma City, OK.** The selected candidate will be responsible for the creation of Fabrication Planning and Installation Planning, fabrication sourcing (inside and outside of Boeing), interface with procurement team, and tracking of parts after procurement. These efforts are to support the Flight Testing of multiple programs. **Position Responsibilities Include:** * Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies * Refine, validate, coordinate and implement conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build * Develop manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization * Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements * Resolve complex technical problems * Serve as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained * Lead advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities * Deploy company Lean Enterprise analysis methods * Document and communicate producibility best practices * Provide guidance to others through structured mentoring **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** * Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship * Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science * 5+ years of experience in GOLD ESP (Government On Line Database Enterprise Service Planning) * 5+ years of experience managing a Bill of Material (BOM) **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skill
