What You'll Do.
Act as technical negotiator for EMS providers
Act as operational point of contact for EMS

Drive production-line improvements

Align on delivery with EMS providers
Integrate production-line into EMS IT infrastructure
Ensure automated testing workflows run reliably
Ensure flashing workflows run reliably
Ensure calibration workflows run reliably
Ensure assembly workflows run reliably
Adapt workflows as products evolve
Design automated production line testing
Oversee implementation of automated testing
Define pass/fail criteria
Define automation strategy
Validate final device assembly
Coordinate multi-component IoT system assembly
Keep assembly flows efficient
Replace manual steps with automation
Provide feedback to engineering teams
Improve manufacturability
Improve assembly efficiency
Analyze cost trade-offs
Analyze tooling investment trade-offs
