Security clearance, Proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer may be required for vetting
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Member, or working towards membership, of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent, recognised body, Experience in civil infrastructure projects, Extensive experience with common forms of UK Construction contracts such as NEC, ICC, FIDIC, or JCT, Experience in managing, coaching and mentoring more junior colleagues
Nice to Have
Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
What You'll Do.
Monitor and control project costs
Validate and manage contractor and supplier costs & payments
Provide regular financial reports
Present financial performance and risk updates
Undertake procurement or support procurement team
Administer various contract types
Manage contract change
Maintain accurate project records
and mitigate commercial risks
Assist in value engineering
Encourage development and advance colleagues' career progression

Working in the client team; Liaising with leadership, project managers, contractors, and internal teams; Working closely with your team
