What They're Looking For.
Must Have
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to practice law in at least one U. S. jurisdiction, 12+ years of relevant legal experience supporting complex commercial real estate development, construction, real estate structuring (JV’s), and related financing matters, Significant experience leading large-scale ground-up development projects from land acquisition through operational delivery, Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating: Purchase and sale agreements, Development agreements, Construction management agreements, General contractor and subcontractor agreements, Design and engineering agreements, Experience partnering directly with architects, engineers, general contractors, developers, and government entities, Experience managing site due diligence, permitting, and regulatory compliance matters, Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving legal, development, construction, and operational stakeholders, judgment, communication skills, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, Executive presence and experience advising senior leadership on strategic infrastructure and regulatory matters, Proven ability to manage outside counsel and external consultants while balancing legal risk and business priorities

What You'll Do.
Provide legal and strategic guidance across all phases of large-scale data center development projects
from site selection and land acquisition through construction and operational delivery
and negotiate a broad range of commercial real estate and construction-related agreements
