Must Have
15–18+ years of experience in Workplace Services, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related functions, Demonstrated experience managing large corporate office portfolios exceeding 1M sq. ft., Experience supporting employee populations of 5,000+ in complex, fast-paced environments, Proven people leadership experience managing high-performing teams and cross-functional stakeholders, expertise in integrated facilities management, vendor governance, workplace strategy, and operational excellence
Nice to Have
Experience working within multinational corporate or technology environments, understanding of workplace analytics, occupancy management, and hybrid workplace models, Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and organizational change, financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
