What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors or Masters in Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Programming or relevant fields, 9+ years of relevant experience in Data strategy, Data management, and/or Commercial analytics, Deep understanding of key data types and sources used for vaccines commercial analytics, Robust knowledge of core data integration and data model design approaches, Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning business and technical teams to deliver complex data solutions, Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, Experience partnering with Digital/IT functions to implement robust, production-level data solutions
Nice to Have
Experience building scalable solutions spanning multiple brands, therapeutic areas, and business units, Experience with Agile methodologies, Experience with data product management frameworks, Experience working with third-party data vendors, PhD preferred

The **Senior****Manager, Vx Data Governance and Enablement** will lead and oversee the suite of **products** essential to the success of Vaccines Data Strategy, including: * Vaccelerator Data Community SharePoint Site * Vaccines Data Training Curriculum * Vx Data Governance * U.S. Vaccines Tableau Site * Vx Data Stewardship * Vx Data Tech Stack This role will partner closely with key stakeholders across Data Strategy & Management (DSM), Performance Analytics & Insights (PAI), Digital, Master Data Management, and third-party vendors to advance U.S. Vaccines through differentiated data, analytics, and AI capabilities that accelerate adoption of and access to life-saving vaccines.
