Must Have

AACI designation, 6+ years of progressive experience in real estate valuation/appraisal, understanding of IFRS fair value accounting, understanding of real estate valuation methodologies, Experience with Argus Enterprise, Demonstrated ability to manage complex valuation assignments, analytical skills, organizational skills, communication skills, An assertive self-starter, ability to work independently, ability to work under minimum supervision, Experience interacting with auditors, Experience interacting with external appraisers, Experience interacting with cross-functional stakeholders

Nice to Have

Property Accounting experience, Experience with Yardi Voyager 7S

What You'll Do.

Manage IFRS valuation process

Coordinate quarterly deliverables

Ensure key requirements completed

Lead and manage relationships with external auditors

Manage relationships with third-party appraisers
