Nice to Have
Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field, Experience with construction lending, LIHTC investment, syndication, or asset management, financial modeling and credit analysis skills, 3 years of people leadership experience, Proven ability to lead teams and complex problem solving skills
