Experience with transformation supply chain, Capacity to combine consulting, business development, offering, and leadership, Strong understanding of retail transformation challenges, Expertise in omnichannel strategy, customer journey, retail operations transformation, customer experience, commercial performance, retail supply chain, operational model, and change management, Proven experience in consulting with large accounts, Mastery of scoping, diagnostic, roadmap, and implementation approaches, Strong ability to structure a business value proposition, Proven experience in responding to calls for tenders, Ability to sell expertise and build trusting relationships with decision-makers, Sense of business development and opportunity management, Aptitude to convey a credible and differentiating consulting vision, Natural leadership and senior advisor posture, Ability to engage multidisciplinary teams, High autonomy and initiative, Ability to create, structure, and grow an offering, Entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility, Fluent English level required
