About the role: We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Senior Manager to lead Skydio’s customer training programs across Public Safety, Commercial, and National Security markets, with a strong emphasis on public safety and federal government customers. This leader will be responsible for building and scaling training programs that enable successful adoption of Skydio’s autonomous drone hardware, software, dock, remote operations, and mission workflow solutions across complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring experience developing scaled training programs for UAS, robotics, or similarly complex technology platforms, with a proven ability to translate technical capabilities into practical, mission-oriented instruction for enterprise customers. This role will serve as a critical driver of customer readiness, ensuring organizations can safely, effectively, and compliantly implement Skydio products across real-world operational use cases. This role requires comfort operating in an agile, fast-moving product environment and the organizational discipline to manage multiple overlapping training initiatives across products in different stages of maturity.
