**[What the role is]** Leads NACLI's strategic communications and gallery operations to strengthen community leadership development across Singapore. This role creates meaningful impact by enhancing NACLI's positioning as the Institute of Learning Excellence, driving awareness of its training programmes, and managing Our Community Gallery operations to foster greater community participation. The position supports PA's mission to build a caring and united Singapore through strategic communications and community engagement initiatives. **[What you will be working on]** **_Corporate Branding & Identity_** * Plans and implements strategies to strengthen NACLI’s corporate identity and positioning as the Institute of Learning Excellence. * Develops consistent and impactful messaging frameworks in NACLI’s external communications across all platforms in alignment with NACLI’s/PA’s strategic directions. * Oversees the creation of corporate collateral including gifts for speakers and guests, marketing brochures, internal publications and multimedia resources to reinforce NACLI’s brand presence and corporate image. **_Digital Comms and Social Media Engagement_** * Manages comprehensive communications plans that align with organisational goals and training priorities. * Leads content development for NACLI’s website and social media platforms to maximise outreach and enhance community awareness of NACLI's leadership development programmes. * Implements outreach initiatives across digital, print and social media platforms to broaden visibility, expand reach and foster community engagement. * Leads course promotions and cross-marketing efforts to increase grassroots and community volunteer training participation, monitoring outreach effectiveness for continuous improvement. * Collaborates with internal NACLI departments to develop targeted communications plans for signature training programmes and events, ensuring consistent messaging and timely outreach across all social media pl
