The Senior Manager, Thought Leader Programming (TLP) is responsible for driving peer-to-peer education, generating actionable insights from thought leaders, and translating those insights into educational and commercial strategy. These three functions distinguish this role from Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and the Thought Leader Liaison team, and define where the position creates unique value for the organization. The position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
