The Senior Manager, Thought Leader Programming (TLP) is responsible for driving peer-to-peer education, generating actionable insights from thought leaders, and translating those insights into educational and commercial strategy. These three functions distinguish this role from Brand Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, and the Thought Leader Liaison team, and define where the position creates unique value for the organization. The position requires a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive; the individual is expected to identify opportunities to improve strategy, execution, and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Thought Leader Engagement master's degree preferred 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience 4-5 years of experience in thought leader programming, medical education, or brand management; endocrinology and/or orphan drug experience a plus The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $154,980 – $205,110; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. #LI-Remote Appl
