The Senior Manager Technology, Developer Experience leads the team responsible for building the internal platforms, tools and automation that empower developers to deliver high-quality software quickly, safely and with minimal friction. This role treats developers as customers and is accountable for improving every part of the software delivery lifecycle, from local development environments through to deployment pipelines, runtime container platforms, CI/CD tooling, GitOps processes, secrets management, and internal developer portals. You will work closely with Engineering, Platform Ops, SRE, SecOps and Architecture to ensure developers have a seamless, consistent and highly productive experience across the organisation. Responsibilities include: * Lead the design, governance and standardisation of CI/CD pipelines
