10 years of experience in technology management, 5+ years of relevant job experience specifically working as a trusted advisor/partner for senior leaders and decision-makers related to recruitment and/or HR technology products, Experience managing partnerships with recruitment/HR technology platforms, Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, Proficient to Advanced level with Microsoft Office products
