That’s where you come in. The Global Payment Network (GPN) Technology organization manages critical payments infrastructure to facilitate high-throughput, secure global transaction processing. Our Technical Program Management (TPM) teams are vital to GPN’s success. These teams leverage deep technical acumen and systems thinking to drive the architectural alignment, technical strategy, and execution of the organization’s objectives and key results. They improve scalability and system resilience within the GPN engineering lifecycle, with a focus on ownership of complex technical dependencies, cross-functional engineering roadmaps, and the robust delivery of global financial infrastructure In addition to the technical program, you will also work to pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve. **Our TPM Senior Manager have:** * Strong technical backgrounds (ideally building highly scalable platforms, products, or services) with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life-cycle * Exceptional communication and collaboration skills * Excellent problem solving and influencing skills * A quantitative approach to problem solving and a collaborati
