What They're Looking For.
Must Have
College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field, 10+ years working in Project / Program management, Leadership experience of 3-5 years managing teams using Core Tools, Operations integration and supply chain coordination, NPD or NPI experience in sheet metal or machining processes, APQP in production environments, Fluent in written and spoken English, experience working in multicultural environments
Nice to Have
MBA, PMP Certification, Scrum Master Certification, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt, Work experience in companies specialized in: Automotive, Medical devices, Aerospace, Electronics manufacturing, Core tools certification
What You'll Do.
Lead the Technical Program Management department
Manage delivery of orders from manufacturing partners
Develop useful tools for the team
Monitor individual performance
Establish and document SOPs
Develop project plans
Drive and control program progress
Lead recovery plans for programs
Evaluate and mitigate program risks
Ensure on-time delivery of orders
Drive continuous improvement of platforms
