Our Technical Executive Recruiting team is responsible for identifying and closing Director+, Principal Engineering+, and other senior technical leadership talent that shapes Snowflake's engineering trajectory. This role exists to transform how we approach executive-level technical hiring: building proactive, market-informed strategies that position Snowflake as the destination for world-class engineering leaders, while strengthening our reputation as trusted advisors to internal stakeholders and external talent alike.
