Public accounting experience with Big 4, 5+ years of experience in public accounting / private industry with increasing levels of responsibility, Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, Expert in technical accounting issues and accounting for complex transactions, Experience with M&A due diligence, valuations, and purchase accounting, Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment, A demonstrated history of solving multiple and complex operational and accounting challenges, understanding of financial statement analysis, current knowledge of U. S. GAAP including areas of M&A, equity investments, financial reporting, and other technical accounting matters, interpersonal written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, ability to work well independently and in a team environment, Effective project management skills, demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects, manage multiple projects simultaneously, Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, excellent soft-skills, ability to motivate and influence all levels of management, Excellent project management, analytical skills, attention to detail, organized and thorough, desire for continuous improvement
