What You'll Do.

Perform technical accounting research

Prepare accounting memorandums for complex transactions

Support compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS

Assist in bridging accounting differences

Evaluate accounting implications of semiconductor manufacturing arrangements

Partner cross-functionally on accounting matters

Support financial reporting processes

Prepare technical accounting disclosures

Document accounting policies

Coordinate with external auditors

Assist in resolving audit inquiries

Monitor emerging accounting standards

Support implementation of new accounting pronouncements

Assist in developing accounting policies

Enhance internal controls

Mentor junior accounting team members
