What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field, 10+ years of operational procurement experience, expertise in sourcing, quotation analysis, contract negotiation, and supplier management, Solid understanding of procurement processes and tools across the sourcing lifecycle, knowledge of finance (cost benchmarking, supplier audits) and legal/contracting principles, Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities using structured project management approaches, analytical, communication, and stakeholder influencing capabilities, Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
Nice to Have
Experience working in matrix/global organizations, Deep understanding of supplier relationship models and external market dynamics, Direct procurement experience across materials and packaging categories, stakeholder management and ability to build collaborative partnerships, Clear understanding of business value drivers, priorities, and implementation risks, Experience in procurement risk management frameworks

Lead sourcing and procurement strategy for contract manufacturing partners
and evaluate new contract manufacturers
Drive innovation by connecting external manufacturing technologies
Build and manage strategic relationships with global CMOs
and Supply Chain teams
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement
Assess and mitigate supply chain risks
Champion sustainability and ESG considerations
Stay ahead of market trends

Implement standard work processes across Procurement
Be an advocate of the CMO model
Ensure robust contract compliance processes
monitor and remediate CMO material management capabilities
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for contract manufacturing
and manage a global network of CMOs
Ensure supply continuity
Proactively scout for new manufacturing technologies
and Supply Chain teams
Evaluate emerging trends in contract manufacturing
Drive partnerships with innovative suppliers
Drive supplier innovation programs and co-development
Assess and mitigate supply chain risks

Partner with internal stakeholders across Procurement
Support new product launches by identifying and onboarding
