Role Summary and Impact The Senior Manager, Talent Development serves as the strategic custodian of talent and organizational effectiveness programs in Singapore, driving the design, execution, and continuous enhancement of initiatives that build a high-performing, future-ready workforce. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role partners closely with the Singapore CPO, Regional Head of OD&G, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful talent processes spanning succession planning, top talent identification, employee engagement, and end-to-end learning program management. Acting as the subject matter expert on tools such as CultureAmp and the local champion for regional OE programs, the incumbent will shape and facilitate learning experiences, mitigate leadership risk through robust succession pipelines, and translate business and people priorities into actionable talent strategies—ultimately strengthening organizational capability, leadership depth, and employee experience across the Singapore market.
