YOUR MISSION As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment across APAC. In this role, you will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with the team and business leaders to help ensure we are hiring the best and most diverse talent. You will have the unique opportunity to help shape some of the processes and initiatives important to the organization. This role is an integral part of driving successful talent attraction in the region across both our GTM and P&E portfolio at UiPath. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Lead and coach a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across APAC, creating an environment where recruiters are supported, challenged, and developed to operate at their full potential. - Build trusted, proactive communication channels with your team, regional business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional People partners. - Develop and execute effective, innovative recruiting strategies to attract and engage high-quality talent across APAC, with a focus on Product, Engineering, and GTM hiring needs - Partner closely with regional and global leaders to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, market dynamics, and business needs, translating those into scalable recruiting delivery plans. - Own hiring execution across APAC, ensuring roles are delivered with speed, quality, consistency, and strong alignment to approved headcount, role requirements, and business priorities. - Use recruiting data, market intelligence, pipeli
