Must Have
Masters’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Minimum of 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, with specific experience in a managerial or leadership capacity in large global organizations, Deep understanding of the Indian talent market, recruitment trends, best practices, and compliance requirements, Experience with leveraging talent acquisition technologies to create a candidate experience, Proven track record of success in sourcing and selecting top talent across various functions and levels, Experience partnering with external RPO partners and consultants, leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving outcomes and delivering exceptional results

Prior Workday ATS and CRM experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Drive recruitment for large functions at Amgen India
Develop local talent attraction and recruitment strategy
Facilitate a best-in-class recruitment process
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Establish and maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates
Build and maintain a pipeline of diverse top talent
Develop creative approaches to engage passive candidates
Conduct thorough screening of candidates
Manage interviews with hiring managers
Lead the candidate selection process
including offer negotiations
Oversee the recruitment process managed by the external RPO provider
Promote Amgen’s employer brand and value proposition
Leverage technology and internal processes for a positive candidate experience
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates
Provide ongoing training to hiring managers
Build and mentor a team of recruiters
Seek out opportunities for continuous improvement
Localize digital media assets
