Must Have
8+ years of talent acquisition experience, Proven experience leading and developing recruitment teams, stakeholder management skills, Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and deliver against hiring targets, Experience using data and insights to inform hiring strategies and improve performance, knowledge of local talent markets and hiring trends, Experience working with recruitment systems and tools (e. g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR or similar), Commercially minded, proactive, and able to operate with pace and adaptability, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

and efficient hiring process
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
acting as a trusted advisor and key escalation point
while supporting or leading where required

Develop and execute strategies to build diverse and sustainable talent pipelines across all business areas
