Must Have
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent program from an accredited University/College (or equivalent experience), 10+ overall years of software development or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in leading a SW engineering team, Hands on experience with designing, prototyping, building and running best-of-breed Cloud Services (SaaS; large scale distributed systems), Proven experience taking mobile and cloud products from inception to successful release and adoption, customer focus, ownership, urgency, drive, Demonstrated capability to provide deep technical leadership to agile teams, self-initiative, interpersonal skills, flexibility to quickly synthesize new ideas and concepts
Nice to Have
Experience engaging with analysts, industry visionaries, and executives of Fortune 1000 companies, out-of-box thinking for creative solutions to highly sticky problems

We are seeking an experienced Systems Software Engineering Manager to lead a team building cloud services supporting GeForce NOW. In this organization, you will improve our operations and feature delivery cadence while maintaining the reliability of our internal and external-facing cloud services. ****What you’ll be doing:**** * To keep pace with our rapidly growing demand and the opportunity it represents, you will be a comprehensive technical leader: part builder, part operator, part customer advocate, and part unyielding deliverer of results. * Build a strategy for growing usage and scale of existing customers while crafting features to delight an ever-expanding set of new customers. This includes building inventive and noteworthy user experiences that delight customers while aligning long term strategies with product goals and company vision. * Own technical requirements, roadmaps, design, architecture, implementation, operations and management of the service.
