What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent), background in audit, accounting, or financial reporting, Experience in financial audit, assurance, or accounting advisory, exposure to ESG/sustainability, climate reporting, or non-financial disclosures, Ability to interpret complex and evolving reporting requirements
Nice to Have
Understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks (e. g. ISSB, TCFD, AASB S1 & S2), interest in developing capability in this space, Experience or exposure to carbon accounting, climate risk assessment, or ESG reporting processes

Deliver mandatory sustainability reporting services
Support clients in establishing GHG inventories
Advise on climate-related financial disclosures
Provide tailored advice aligned with evolving frameworks
Assist clients in translating complex reporting requirements
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to proposal development
