Senior Manager, Supply Chain Who We Are: At Perry Weather, we're at the forefront of providing innovative weather safety solutions. Our cutting-edge software and connected hardware empower organizations to make rapid decisions when faced with weather disruptions, ensuring the safety of individuals and the smooth operation of activities/events. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to build and lead our supply chain function at a critical stage of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who has built supply chain processes before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. You will own the full supply chain cycle — from demand planning and procurement through manufacturing and fulfillment — and will be responsible for standing up a formal S&OP process from the ground up. That means leveraging existing foundational tools and processes while developing new ones, ultimately creating a cohesive, repeatable cycle that drives data-backed decision-making across the business. This role reports directly to the VP of Hardware and manages a team that spans procurement and warehouse/production operations.
