Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, 5+ years of relevant experience within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries, Proficiency in GMP/GCP processes, labeling, and import/export requirements for clinical supplies, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Nice to Have
Experience managing external CMOs/CDMOs, depots, and logistics providers, Experience supporting GMP manufacturing and global clinical trial supply operations, Experience with inventory management and ERP systems
What You'll Do.
Support global distribution of clinical ancillary supplies
Coordinate shipments of Drug Substance
Develop and manage clinical site stocking strategies
Collaborate with Clinical Operations and depots to forecast site demand
Coordinate import/export documentation and logistics activities
and FG batch planning activities
Develop and maintain supply plans
Maintain inventory tracking tools and systems
Analyze inventory levels and manufacturing forecasts
Process inventory reports from CMOs/CDMOs
Support long-range clinical supply planning activities
Log material genealogy
production specifications
and inventory transactions
Log materials received into inventory
Perform regularly scheduled audits of inventory systems
Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams
Coordinate and track transfer of materials
Organize shipments for export
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with CMC, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Clinical Operations, and Finance teams; Support technology transfer and manufacturing campaigns; Create and communicate inventory and supply chain reports to senior management; Develop project timelines and execution plans; Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers, materials, and supply strategies; Lead or support supplier management and supply chain improvement initiatives; Support CMC cross-functional teams; Assist with operational data entry, tracking, and documentation activities
