Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or equivalent experience, At least five (5) years of experience in field related to Procurement / Co-Man, At least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory capacity, CPG Food manufacturing experience

CPSM or CSCP certification preferred

Leads the Co-Man (Contract Manufacturing) function

Leads critical functions of the Procurement function

Ensures development and execution of procurement strategies

Manages co-manufacturers as strategic suppliers

Focuses on strategic partnerships (supplier and Co-man)

Leads a team with responsibilities across both procurement and co-manufacturing operations

Defines the Procurement and Co-Man strategy

Develops and executes plans of action

Oversees implementation of sourcing and supplier management strategies

Develops continuous improvement strategies to optimize Supplier/CoMan performance

and cross-functional effectiveness

Establishes and reinforces KPIs to measure supplier performance

Measures and assesses Supplier and Co-Man capacities in network and ability to support future growth

Oversees the sourcing strategy and supplier negotiations for all procurement categories

Works cross-functionally across the business to ensure alignment with supply chain, operations, quality, sales, inventory, SIOP, and innovation/marketing; Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiencies in the procurement and demand planning process; Identifies, establishes, and manages internal and external stakeholders related to the procurement and supplier performance; Supports innovation initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams; Ensures effective communication and coordination with suppliers and co-manufacturers
