About the Role As a Senior Manager, Structural Engineering, you’ll lead and coordinate the workloads of larger design teams across a portfolio of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV). You’ll be accountable for adherence to technical standards, design quality, and on-time delivery, while developing the team and supporting clients and business growth. ## WHAT YOU’LL DO Oversee structural analysis and design for foundations (driven piles, screw and helical piles, and cast-in-place concrete), overhead steel structures, building envelopes, and non-building structures across a portfolio of projects. Ensure consistent application of codes and standards — ASCE 7, IBC, NESC, ASCE 113, IEEE 693, and NFPA — across the team’s work. Drive team-wide adherence to applicable Client, EPC, Owner, and Utility standards. Oversee coordination of specifications and contract requirements with project managers and client representatives from early design through construction across the team’s projects, with a focus on constructability.
