The Strategy Team of the Business Segment**Industrial Quality and Research** is responsible for defining the strategic direction of the metrology and microscopy business and facilitating its implementation across various projects in growth markets like pharma, biotech but also new electrical vehicles and semiconductor industry. Core responsibilities include conducting comprehensive market analyses, formulating robust strategies, supporting the expansion of new business areas—including potential acquisitions—and advancing organizational development and process optimization initiatives.
