Must Have
Master's Degree in Engineering / Artificial Intelligence, 10 years of work experience in Assembly & Test and Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering or similar operations functions, Familiarity with Quality focused solution development, systems, and solutions for high-volume and high-mix production environments, Good interpersonal skills, Demonstrable ability to effectively lead and present to small and large groups, Proven ability to work cross-functionally with peers, mid and senior management, Peer leadership and relationship management skills, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Highly organized, Able to remain flexible to changing business needs

Good knowledge of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production
