About the Role Kensington Tours is the world’s leading private touring company, crafting bespoke travel experiences across more than 100 countries. As part of Range Travel Group — a global travel platform operating a portfolio of leading businesses across luxury travel, technology, and agency networks — Kensington is entering a pivotal phase of growth. We are building a high-caliber strategy function to accelerate the business, sharpen our competitive positioning, and scale the brand. Reporting to the VP, Strategy, the Senior Manager, Strategy will be a core member of a lean, high-impact team driving strategic priorities across Kensington Tours and the broader Range Travel portfolio. This is a generalist strategy role, and requires rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and executive communication. You will support strategic projects from framing through to recommendation, support enterprise-level planning, and build trusted relationships with senior leaders across the business.
