What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of work experience inclusive of quantitative analysis and project management, Demonstrated ability to drive business strategy from inception to implementation, leading cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
A bachelor’s degree or higher, 4+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, 4+ years of experience in financial modeling and economic forecasting, Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment, Previous consulting experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Develop business strategies that will drive growth
and competitive success
Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies
Lead direct to consumer marketing efforts
Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences
Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior
and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis
Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent
build business requirements and execute against the product strategy
Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with senior leaders across the Capital One organization; Partnering with business leadership working across the Canada business and with links to UK and US Card; Collaborate with experts in areas like underwriting, portfolio management, and customer acquisitions; Influence associates from other job families as well as other people leaders; Work in agile, cross-functional teams; Learn from Data Scientists, Process Managers and Brand Strategists; Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: Technology and Software Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance and others
Communication Scope
Strong executive communication skills; Impeccable written and oral communication credentials; Strategic influencing skills; Ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills
