Full Job Description

**ICF 's Disaster Management Division** seeks a **Senior Manager, Strategic Resilience,** who will support clients in implementing federally- and state-funded grant projects, specifically in the energy sector. **This position is hybrid with on-site work in Melville, NY**. _Must have experience focused on FEMA-funded mitigation, energy infrastructure modernization, and/or resilience/sustainability in these areas._ **Compensation:** While the range below is broader, this position will offer a base salary 120-140’s, firm. Offer based on % of job description match and location. The Senior Manager will work with ICF staff and our clients to deliver grant and program management support across opportunities funded by federal and state agencies including the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Department of Commerce. The successful candidate will be charged with the flawless execution of programs, anticipating and meeting client’s needs, and strategically positioning the company’s resources and expertise to grow the business. The ideal candidate will be a proven expert with a track record of superior execution and growth and will be responsible for ensuring that programs are positioned to optimize grant resource allocation, build strong solutions to impacted areas, and provide strong risk management. The candidate should be familiar with the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and successful implementation of innovation and resilience strategies.
