What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5-9 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or a similar role (or even a combination thereof!) ideally with a focus on financial services/fintechs., Graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or a related field, Outstanding analytical and communication skills and intense attention to detail, Ability to operate independently on projects impacting the highest level of the business, stakeholder management capabilities across departments to develop ideas, identify opportunities and resolve conflicts, project management, preferably with experience in implementing large projects with senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
Masters or MBA degree is a plus, Passion for the Fintech industry and an interest in deepening your knowledge of the banking business

Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with leadership (incl. C-level) across various functions on company management and strategic topics such as roadmap, business case and strategy development; Become the central point of connection between internal and external stakeholders including Product/Tech, Legal/Compliance, Customers Operations, Banking Operations, Marketing and external partners; working with a friendly team of peers of diverse nationalities, life experiences and family statuses
