The Senior Manager of Strategic Operations will contribute to driving company-wide strategic and operational priorities of Sphere as it enters its next phase of growth and expansion. This role sits at the intersection of strategic consulting and operations — requiring someone who can both develop high-quality strategic frameworks and fully immerse themselves to help execute complex, cross-functional growth initiatives. You will play a key role in supporting Sphere's expansion strategy, such as developing scalable operational models and frameworks, and partnering cross-functionally to establish detailed plans to operationalize new venues. You will bring experience with scaled operations across a portfolio of locations — experience that will help translate strategies into repeatable, on-the-ground operational plans and playbooks that enable each new venue to launch efficiently and perform at a high standard from day one. You will drive internal consulting-style engagements, helping teams across Sphere diagnose challenges, structure solutions, and implement change.
